Every person is very kind and I actually liked going in everyday to talk to the other patients you guys kno who u are...this is Bob,aka Rob. Jenni is the only counselor I talk too and she's sincere and caring and all the woman are super duper nice, the new do tor asst, is very nice, they dont make u sit for hours talking if u dont want to but the listen if u do. Great job women, your all special In ur way thank you
Bunch of money grubbing business jerks that only care about over charging you as much as they can. Beware.
Great Staff. They pay attention to all your needs and know you by face and help you before you ever have to ask for help. The receptionist is awesome she does an excellent job at knowing you and knowing what you need and the answer to any question you may have.
I really want to show my appreciation to all the staff at the Willoughby Brightview they all are there for each and everyone of their clients and the genuinely care about all of their clients
Each employee is friendly and encouraging in providing a positive experience for recovery and addiction therapy. Staff is always cheerful and kind to patients no matter what they are going through. I've never been to a better place.
