Never had such a good experience anywhere else , it’s so nice to finally go to a place where the staff genuinely cares and wants to help. They do not just want to get you in and out like most places. I’ve been to so many other recovery/mental health facilities, whether inpatient or outpatient and have never been treated with such respect then I have your. They talk to me like a person and never look down on me or make me feel judged.
I’m very happy that I chose Brightview, my counselor Sarah has helped me fight this disease they don’t judge and understand, I’ve been with Brightview about 2 .5 years and I have now been sober for 2 years, I’ve been through tx several times, this time is working, everyone is empathetic, I especially thank Kate, Kim, and Marcie from the Willoughby Ohio center

Great Staff. They pay attention to all your needs and know you by face and help you before you ever have to ask for help. They remember any issues you may have had with family or yourself from days, weeks , months or even years ago and make sure everything is going well with that or if they can help in any way.
