The most amazing outpatient treatment center I've ever been to! The staff, all of them, are incredibly compassionate and empathetic. I have never once felt as though I am being judged. The staff are all so kind and each team member works with one another to help make sure the clients are receiving the best care possible. I will always recommend Brightview!!
I have been going since August 12, 2024 so almost two years now. I never would have gotten clean if I wasn’t forced to go the first time. I am grateful to everyone at BrightView for being there to help me in my times of struggle, it hasn’t been easy but if it wasn’t for them I would not have made it this far!

I was a patient at the Lancaster,Ohio office and now I am a patient at the Zanesville, Ohio office and at both places I have been treated with love and respect. All the employees are very kind and they genuinely care about the patients. Getting clean and staying clean is the hardest thing I have ever done and I wouldn't have been able to do that without the help from Brightview. Thankyou for giving me my life back.
I've only seen I believe only 3 sub doctor's sense I've been in the program. One of them was a nightmare of a place. It was so bad for me that I switched places and chose to pay 200 dollars a month instead. That's not something you do if your on a budget. Then it got to where I couldn't pay for my visit. I even had my doctor call me privately and tell me he would work with me on my payment because he'd liked me .
