I started coming to brightview a little over a year ago and was just released from the hospital. I had been on life support and just came out of a coma about a week before starting there. I suffer from a traumatic brain injury and as a result I could not remember more than a few hours at a time, I could barely speak, and I had to have someone around me all the time. I was looking for a new place I started reading your reviews I do not understand why 80% are employees where are the actual patients? That seems a bit desperate and false advertising. I think as a company you should encourage your patients to submit reviews not your employees they are not in the program and can not help by submitting how they like thier job..... has nothing to do with treatment case management wait times dosages insurance needs it addresses nothing that a prospective customer would be interested in:/ work he... read more
Really nice and helpful people that work at Brightview in Clarkson,Ky! I think I have been going there since March and have not had a bad experience yet! Can not say enough good things about the people that work there, From the people at the front desk to the doctor. If you have a love one in need or need help yourself, get your a** to Brightview!! 😁
This. Place is a life saver, literally. All of the staff are wonderful and amazing and I especially appreciate my counselor he's wonderful to talk to and he knows first hand what struggling with addiction is like. I look forward to my visits I strongly recommend Brightview
