You have the most run around phone system I have ever dealt with. Can y'all answer the phone? Or return a call? Your answering service has taken messages from me, your call service has taken messages from me, and I've used the call back feature. No return calls. I'm giving 5 stars because it seems that you all help people and I don't want mess that up due to a suggestion that you need better phone procedures.

I would give it no stars if I could. The staff are terrible here and have no compassion. They make you sit for hours every week for something that should take 5 minutes. They treat you differently depending on who you are or what they think about you. If you can go to any other places do it.
I am going to be brutally honest, this place is horrible! Some of the staff are nice, but the others, who are rude and cruel, completely ruin the place. Not to mention the woman, who I believe is the manager, is rude, unprofessional, and discriminatory. My daughter applied to work here and had a wonderful experience dealing with the HR department on the phone, but as soon as she went for her interview in person, she was treated in such a disturbing way that it makes me sick to even think about.
