The “old” staff is good people, but most of them are gone now. It was like a home away from home. Very respectful… but, it feels like they’re making too many changes! And, that’s why they’re loosing patients. I really don’t know much about the “new” staff, so I can’t speak about any of them.
My mom, Mary Smith, is an excellent patient. She only has to go one time a month. Yet, your company keeps changing the price on her because she can’t get Medicaid. Only Medicare. That doesn’t mean she has a lot of money. She is also on a fixed income. $20 per month is what she’s been paying every month. Now, they are sending bills for more than that. She’s very upset with you all. $20 a month and that’s it!!
If you have state insurance this is the place to go but if you have private insurance like myself it's nothing but a money racket. I understand that's most places in general but this place is a bit worse on it. You would just have to go through it to understand what I mean. Don't get me wrong though, other than that it's a pretty good place to go.
