Wow - what great facility. I had the privilege of meeting Tim - the founder- and hearing his story of how Brightstone began - his passion to help others is truly amazing.
Brightstone must be complimented on providing a much needed program in today's society! This mentorship service has the ability to change someone's life.
Someone important to me tried this program and based on what was I was able to verify from their stories, this "program" is nothing more than glorified day care. There are many people living in one house cared for primarily by "mentors" who have no specialized training and listings for their job can be found on sites like Indeed.com for 10.50 an hour. I am currently a client here and have been for 5 years and I am probably going to receive some back lash for this but here it goes brightstone transitions is a complete joke I have have seen first hand how they work and it is sickening the staff have no accountability they love to cater to the issues that the c lient has I am just recently receiving a talk after 5 horrible years about 3rd phase and they have made every excuse in the book to keep me in 2nd phase
