The administration and staff at Brightstone Transitions are amazing Humans that do so much good for the clients and families they serve. This program understands neurodiversity deeply and the empathy and love they put forth in coaching every client and meeting them exactly where they are is astounding! Lack of communication straight up. Irresponsible owner Tim cuts off power to many houses after a company split occurred. There was no communication between the two companies. Many clients are without power. Do not send you loved ones here unless you like lack of communication.

Someone important to me tried this program and based on what was I was able to verify from their stories, this "program" is nothing more than glorified day care. There are many people living in one house cared for primarily by "mentors" who have no specialized training and listings for their job can be found on sites like Indeed.com for 10.50 an hour.
