Brightstar Solar couldn't be better! Handled the installation during December's terrible weather, and then did every scrap of paperwork. System works perfectly...and they gave the best price. What's not to love? Stick with a local vendor like Brightstar.
We had solar installed in 2016 and could not be happier with Brightstar. John and Mona were very helpful throughout the process. We had an electrical surge that took out a lot of appliances and such this past October. We were so busy with all the other damages we didn’t even think of the solar hookup. Mona contacted us (!) and said our unit was no longer transmitting. Nearly 2 years after installation. Now that’s customer service!
Thank you Jon and Mona for the great work. Our system is up and running and I am spending my days looking at our electricity production on my Droid ap and checking my meter spinning backward. My initial fear was to have someone penetrate our roof. The installers did a great job and there were no issues. Jon and Mona did also a great job taking us through the entire process, building and wiring permits, connection permits, registration for the SREC, and more. Thanks again Brightstar Solar.
Jon and Mona hit all the marks. Great customer service during the sale and installation. They stayed on top of the utility and city to get everything done as quickly as possible. Great value for a highly efficient system. A "Big box" installer quoted me a much larger system with higher costs that still would not cover my annual needs, and also buried the fact that you'd be signing over all SRECs to them.
