We have been using Brightstar for my father's full time care for the past 6 months. BrightStar came to our rescue faster than anyone else we called the day my mom had a fall. They were the first ones out and have provided months of reliable, compassionate service. Yazmin was the kind aide who visited most and she was warm and sweet and so helpful. But shoutouts also to the office who always answered the phone, always found subs in a timely fashion so we weren’t left hanging. Thanks to the whole team.
