Brightstar Device Protection has been a life-saver for me. I don't know what I would have done otherwise. I was lucky to hold their plan on the recommendation of a friend. Well, with Brightstar, I can confidently say that it is one insurance that really works. I lost my phone and anticipated a lengthy procedure and days to get a settlement for my phone. I am a bit surprised to see some negative comments regarding Brightstar Device Protection. As I've been a member for a long time, I can vouch for them as one of the market's best insurance.
