I’m so happy with my service. They work with my schedule so I don’t have to take off work. My nurse Brian Mcnelly has been fantastic. He’s friendly and professional. He is also punctual and his communication has kept us from running into conflicts with schedules and pharmacy deliveries.
Excellent service! Brian is friendly, professional, and very thorough with the medication. His hospitality is top-notch. I highly recommend their at-home service — it’s convenient, reliable, and handled with real care.
My son and I are fairly new with brightstar but so far im so happy with how it’s going. Nurse Laura is amazing. We had a rough start on our first day with the IV because he was a hard stick, but nurse Laura was patient and so kind and tried to resolve the issue in any way she could. And she’s so loving and caring with my son and gets him goodies so he can get comfortable with her. Thank you nurse Laura !
