BrightStar Care has been a wonderful help for my dad. Nurse Laura is always kind, attentive, and keeps us updated on every visit. John, the physical therapist, hasn’t started a full exercise program yet, but he has already done a careful assessment and suggested useful safety items for my dad’s showers and daily routine. I have had the pleasure of working with ten Bright Star nurses, however Laura has been the most helpful encouraging and sensitive me. I wasn’t just another patient. She literally saved my life. Because of her knowledge and expertise she quickly took my blood oxygen to find that my reading was at 64. Immediately told my husband to call 911 for ambulance.
