I have been working with Brightstar providing nursing care for my child. Meagan (his case manager) and Deanna (his nurse manager) have always been responsive, helpful and professional. His individual nurses - Toni, Julie, Judy, Kayla, and Veleda have been great in providing personalized care and attention to my child’s needs, and taken a personal interest in his overall level of care.

Brightstar has thee BEST nurses. My son's nurses care and love him as if he is a part of their family. The nurses are dependable, knowledgeable, and professional. I like to recognize Ann Z., Jennifer M., Mikail E., Hilary O., Kristen M., Valerie M. amd the clinical team Meagan and Deanna. Deanna is always prompt with responding to change requests and updates. All around the Brightstar team is awesome. Definitely a team to welcome into your family.

Our son’s nurse Chiqui has been with us for almost 2 years and she is the best caregiver we have had for our son by far! She always goes above and beyond for him. She is always prompt with his medications, feed schedule and therapies. She engages with him and tells him what she’s doing with each intervention. She treats our son with so much compassion and she has basically become a member of our family. Before I never trusted nurses to take him to appointments, do his tube care or hygiene needs. I want to give a BIG SHOUTOUT to my caregivers Lissette and Desreen. They have been assigned to my family for sometime. They are dependable and care about the needs of my husband. This is extremely important for someone like myself with a demanding work schedule. I see them as part of my family. True keepers:). Tina and Meagan are amazing. I'm so thankful to have a team that truly cares about my daughter's well being. They go above and beyond. My daughter adores them and that is important to me. I definitely recommend BrightStar for care needs.
