We’ve used Brighstar for years. At one time I switched to another agency and I every person they sent didn’t speak a word of English!! Tosh is the aid coming now and she is phenomenal! Brightstar chooses the aids based on who the patient wants. They do an excellent job! I’m not gonna switch again! Here’s a pic of my son JT with Megan, our nurse case manager. Kudos Brightstar!

The office staff has been great with communication and matching the right person for my wife. Her nurse, Stephanie is the best! Very authentic and dedicated. Thank you!

I just want to say how much I appreciate the excellent care that my granddaughter is receiving from the nurses at Brightstar. She came home after almost a year in the NICU and has a trach. I have only met Kendra and Paola but the care and love that they give are tremendous. The support they give to my daughter and son-in-law is outstanding and gives me as a parent and grandparent such peace of mind. Thank you ❤️

We have been blessed with amazing staff, nurses and aides at Brightstar, truly thankful for LaQuita and all she does for my daughter, you can see how happy my daughter is with her, she is with her at school all day as well and the school staff always have great things to say as well!
