Brightstar has consistently provided my mother with the best caregivers, who genuinely care and provide for her. They've been with us for five + years.
Ray Boller at Brightstar in Stamford CT was exceptional! We moved my Mother, who has dementia, from NY to CT. At the last moment, we realized we needed live-in care. Within hours, Ray had us set up and continued his attentive care even after we were no longer using his services. He was truly concerned about our family and was a great sounding board when our Mother went into Hospice care.
BrightStar treated my Dad with respect, caring, kindness, professionalism, etc. Ray was ALWAYS there for us. Michelle was incredible! As a doctor in the area I've seen many agencies and I can't speak highly enough of BrightStar. My Dad truly considered the aides his friends and always felt cared about - the family couldn't ask for more than that.
Bright Star recently provided excellent home health care for my mother after a fall and a rehab stay. Ray is very responsive and was able to seamlessly cover a challenging time around and through the Christmas holiday with caring and competent personnel. My family was very pleased with the service, recommend them highly, and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
BrightStar has been a great organization to work with both in regards to the quality of care my father has received and in organizing that care. Ray has been easy to reach and ready to find solutions when issues arose. Melissa, my Dad's aide, is caring, attentive and appropriately concerned when issues have come up. She is also a great communicator which is important since I am four hours away. We are lucky to have found BrightStar and highly recommended them.
