Our regular aide Bobby was ill, a young man named La Marcus filled in. I want to let you know he is everything your company claims and advertises. He was professional, knowledgeable, willing to do all the task I needed. Our regular aide Bobby is a good fit for my needs who and respectful and willing but I'm telling you Lamarucs is everything. Others who have filled in has been okay. The 2 full time STNAs (Jada and Laniya) who has filled in has also met our care needs and we are satisfied with the company.

I WAS A FLOAT CAREGIVER FOR BRIGHTSTAR FOR 2.5 YEARS., I RECENTLY QUIT. I GUESS NOW THEY CALL IT FIELD SPECIALIST. YOU GO WHERE THEY TELL YOU TO GO, ON SHORT NOTICE. BEEN THERE, DONE THAT. CLIENTS WERE GREAT TO WORK WITH, ALMOST LIKE FAMILY. THE SCHEDULERS IN THE OFFICE, WERE UNDER ALOT OF STRESS, BUT WHY TAKE IT OUT ON THE EMPLOYEES? THEY WERE PAYING MILEAGE, THEN THEY WENT TO TRAVEL TIME, ACCORDING TO THEIR METHOD. I LOST MORE TIME AND GAS, GETTING STUCK IN TRAFFIC. OH WELL! The BrightStar team was a godsend for our family over the last year. My mom hired BrightStar for nighttime care for my dad during his illness. We wanted to keep dad home while he was sick and the professional and skilled caregivers did an amazing job of attending to his needs every night so that mom could get a good night’s sleep. i am a happy, satsfied patient of Bright Star. My health care worker is Freda Pierce - she is wonderul and anticipates my every eed. Andrea Saaden is always a plesant voice on the phone and very helpful to all my needs. Linda the R. N. who comes to evaluate me has gone above and beyond with helpin all our confusion. I needed 24 hour home care when I left rehab and I chose BrightStar from the many available companies. I have been extremely satisfied with the care I received. I want to especially recognize two of the caregivers who helped me and encouraged me (as well as supervising my therapy exercises).
