Brightstar Care is amazing! All of the staff members are kind and professional. Alicia goes above and beyond to make sure my mother has the best care. She does a fantastic job of managing my mother’s medications…. Everything from calling in refills, communicating with the doctors and even picking up medications from the pharmacy. Brightstar Care has been a life saver. The crew at the Santee office really helped my family out during a very stressful time. You see, while my husband and I were on a New Year's cruise in the Sea of Cortez, my elderly father caught Covid (for the 1st time). Unable to get back to San Diego (because the ship was not in a major port city) we were very worried about who to turn to for help. Luckily we were able to reach Brightstar by phone from the ship. Im not sure who is writing all the positive reviews but guessing its about the one nurse frequently listed in these reviews or that they are unverified. I was looking forward to working with them for infusions after reading the reviews but my experience was totally different and I feel it’s important to keep it real so people don’t get false hope when needing care. BrighStar Care is the best in Skilled Home Care. Alicia Pottratz who is an LVN and Client Services Manager have remained focused on the best care for their clients. They have very reasonable prices, and extremely reliable experienced staff and commitment to patient well being. Alicia's follow up with her clients sets a standard for excellence in service. The caregivers were professional, friendly and timely. They delivered a wonderful job to my client! I will highly recommend them to my client.
