So I have been using Brightstar for several months, and although the caregivers have been very good, we have had continuous problems with brightstar not being able to provide services when one of their caregivers has an emergency. The service they have been providing is once a week bathing of my mother in law, on multiple occasions no one has shown up, no call from brightstar and when I called to find out what the problem was over several days, never received a call back!! Great experience using these guys, my Mom is really pleased with the nursing care that Dad is getting and they've made a tough family time easier than it otherwise may have been.
