Brightstar Care as a whole was awful. My husband had a work accident, which during recovery required night aides, PT, OT, and nursing. I can say we were pleased with Matt Horton as his PT and Aaron Flanders as his OT. Lavina, the RN was compassionate and caring as well. However, 99% of the night aides were aweful. They had no clue what they were doing. Lacked even the most basic skills such as putting a bed pad under my bed bound husband, let alone give a bed bath. They were unprofessional and unreliable. Barry and I were delighted with the care we received from your staff. All were very professional, caring, helpful, and attentive to Barry's needs as he recovered from brain surgery. The schedulers always saw that we had a caregiver on the days and times we needed them. I never was without help when it was needed. I want to thank the male caregiver who was our permanent person for the past few months as he did an excellent job of handling Barry's needs.
