This was a very bad experience for Health Care. I recind any document I signed with "Collen" on September 17, 2024. I have on card or copies of any document I signed. I will not pay one dollar to this agency because of what happened here in my home. I am a 83 yr old woman who was discharged recently from Bryn Mawr Rehab Hospital. I live alone in my own home. My grandfather has not had to care for an entire day, and Bright Star Care Mainline has not reached out and corresponded with a replacement, or to even apologize about the situation. My grandfather is an 80 year old man who cannot walk or feed himself, and his aid from Bright star did not show up and the agencies only phone number goes straight to voicemail every time I call. I'm very grateful for the wonderful owners and employees of Bright Star. The nurses, physical and occupational therapists, and home health aides helped to get me through a very difficult part of my life and back on my feet. I'd recommend BrightStar to anyone needing these types of services.

Brightstar was able to provide a caregiver for a wedding with 3 days notice. The caregiver was awesome and I would use them again anytime I need a caregiver! Highly recommended.
