I am so grateful to BrightStar for their kindness and patience. They were so important in my Mother’s end of life care. Listed as answering the phone 24 hours a day. NOBODY answers the phone. Phones are turned off and callers are directed to a tape recorded answering machine. NOT good and very misleading advertising.
