Brightstar has been wonderful in providing us respite care with our son. Their team is responsive and caring, we are very grateful to them!
My home nurse Britney is simply amazing! She is kind, patient, personable, and definitely knows what she is doing. I am usually anxious with any new nurses for the first few visits but she is the first nurse to ever break that anxiety & uncomfortableness in the first visit. I highly recommend both her and the company Bright Star. This is my first review online in 40yrs so that alone should speak volumes about how amazing I think Bright Star, Britney my nurse, (and the nurse manager, Katie) are!!!!!!
Absolutely not. I was due for brain surgery and specified medical monitoring when I hired Brightstar Puyallup even though they were not a preferred provider for my insurance company. On day one, the aide loaded my weekly prescription box with a double dose of heart medication. Due to the brain surgery, I had difficulty reading prescriptions. My doctor prescribed 24 hour care to monitor any falls and protect my scalp incision. That was a hefty price. I was dizzy all week. The daily RN did not review the pillbox. On week 2, th... read more
