I Love my nurse Deb! She is kind, professional with a great sense of humor.
They engage in truly unethical business practices. The recruiter, Barrett, rushes you and disregards any method to expedite the paperwork. I strongly advise against working with this agency. My impression of the company is that they look for any way to put a body for a client and simply don’t care how they accomplish that task. Brightstar has been a wonderful group to work with to find just the right nurse for our son. Nurse Sarah has been so kind and reliable. She takes the best care with our son's complicated needs. We would recommend them to anyone.
I have used Bright Star agency since my foot surgery in May., They have been very helpful to meeting my needs for a driver, errands & light chores around the house. I especially enjoyed having Elayna help me at the house. As soon as she arrived she set about a big list of things I needed help with. She is super efficient and motivated. She is a great example of many of the agency, but stands out as someone I will continue to have in my home for help.
