Brightstar has been a Godsend for our family! They have partnered with us to provide safeguards for my aging parents and to enable my father to continue living in comfort and safety with my mother. His caregiver Raghdaa has so much heart and integrity! My parents love her! She cares for my father with the utmost attention and intention. Our experience with BrightStar Care has been wonderful. They sent Paul (PT) to our house after my mom had knee replacement surgery and he was wonderful. Not only did he help with my mother’s physical therapy, but he also helped Me put together some assistive devices for her to make her more comfortable in the home. Paul was very kind, patient and worked very well with my mother. He would be out first choice in the future if we needed physical therapy in the home again. Thank you for the extraordinary care.

I would like to share several concerns regarding current scheduling, communication, and compensation practices. At times, when arriving for scheduled shifts, the on-call contact is unavailable, and some client locations require private access codes. This results in staff having to wait outside, sometimes in severe weather, until another staff member arrives. This situation is unsafe and unproductive.
