Wow! I can not say enough wonderful things about my experience with EVERYONE, I've spoken to at BrightStar. The team of people they have working there are friendly, courteous, compassionate and always so helpful and responsive. It has truly been a pleasure having this team and Dr. Jennifer on my side through a pretty difficult time. Just an awesome experience with this group!!!!

BrightStar Care staff ensured an excellent experience. The intake process was efficient and clearly explained by Tara. The assigned Caregiver, Stephanie, arrived on time, was professional, communicative and attentive, throughout the day. We would not hesitate to reach out to BrightStar Care for additional services!

My experience w/Brightstar Care has been nothing but positive. The office staff managed by Danielle, is both professional and friendly. My two HHA’s: Jackie Haag and Allison Scussel, again are, professionally capable and friendly. It’s been a great experience overall for me.

Jamie is caring for my Mom right now and I really like her. My mom likes her a lot too. She’s very attentive and makes my mom laugh. We couldn’t ask for a better caregiver.
