I recently had a health scare and didn’t have the greatest experience in the hospital. I needed at home care and BrightStar Care has been amazing. Juliana was my nurse for most of my at home care and I couldn’t have been happier. She was so thorough and caring. This experience of being in and out of the hospital was very stressful but Juliana was one of the positives that came out of my experience. I will always be very grateful for her because of her compassion, understanding and skilled nursing.

My family has been very happy to have Bright Star working with us to help care for our mother at home. The staff have been attentive and responsive and work to accommodate our needs and have helped us find caregivers that are the right fit for Mom. Khalisa is everything we were looking for in a caregiver! She took the time to understand who Mom is and work with her respectfully, attentively and genuinely. We have been working with Jamie from BrightStar for over 4 weeks now, and find her and the whole organization to be professional, competent and compassionate in the care they provide. My wife has Alzheimer’s disease, and Jamie is well equipped to deal with all the ways this has shown itself so far. She has quickly won my wife’s trust in even the most personal aspects of care, but can also be firm when needed, always with a steady and reassuring tone of voice. The service provided by Lourdes has been excellent. She goes beyond expectations in caring for my husband and is very professional. Additionally Lourdes makes helpful suggestions to make his care a little easier for me. I also need to mention Megan who provides physical therapy twice a week. She is outstanding in encouraging my husband to regain his ability to walk. He is gradually getting better each time she comes. Five + stars to Lourdes and Megan.
