Scheduled in-home child care. Provider was late the first day. After not showing up for 2.5 hours the second day we canceled the scheduled care. We attempted to contact administration via phone to resolve the issue but never received a callback. UPDATE: changed from 1 star to 5 stars. Received callback, owner was extremely apologetic and accepted responsibility for the issues.
