5 + * BrightStar Care south Minneapolis Metro was phenomenal. We needed care ASAP for my parents. I've never seen an organization get a nurse visit and care needed so fast. Communication was top-notch. BrightStar, worked so effortlessly fast and efficiently. The care team was great! Each care giver was so caring, kind and knowledgeable. I HIGHLY recommend BrightStar.

My husband has Parkinson’s and Lewy Bodies Dementia plus is a disabled veteran so he requires some care. After a couple of bumps with another agency we heard about Bright Star and we are so impressed!!! From Nicole the DON to my husband’s caregivers, Vanessa and Natalie they are wonderful! They are professional, caring, thorough and I am so relieved to have good care for my beloved! I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Claire & Mark (Co-owners of BrightStar Care in Lake Forest) including their staff, are AWESOME, COMPASSIONATE, KIND etc...they deliver services BEYOND OUTSTANDING. There are not enough words in my vocabulary to express how grateful I am to obtain services from them. I have a RARE Spinal injury and extremely difficult physical condition of morbid obesity. Brightstar was there for me when I needed care for my sister. They were very caring and went out of their way to help me feel at ease when I was unable to be with my sister myself and care for her. Miss Johnson took care of her like she would her own family. I dealt with several caretakers from Brightstar and wish I could name many others because they were so helpful. From the owner, office people, to the Caretakers, they all took special care of my needs and concerns. Thanks to all of them!

Brightstar care in Eugene Or. out of the approx. 6 care givers that we had only 1 was of any value. the office would not return calls, over billed to the extent that a care giver showed up 4 minutes early and we got billed, the one that came late, walked her dog and left 20 min early we got billed for the full 3 hours

In light of what's happened of recent here in Waukesha when repeat offenders are not held accountable in their criminal behavior, I want to make sure EVERYONE knows about BrightStar Care of Waukesha whom sent an AMAZING nurse out to meet with my dad and I. Said ALL the right things...was super happy we'd have someone in every day with him. Was very odd at how little info I received about the caregiver who was coming after that though...I didn't like that. She also didn't stay, on her very first shift for her entire shift! ... read more
