DO NOT EVER WORK FOR THIS COMPANY. THEY HAVE BEEN LATE PAYING THERE EMPLOYEES FOR A MONTH. THEY OFFER NO ANSWERS WHY THEY ARE LATE OR OFFER ANY COMPENSATION TO THERE EMPLOYEES. AVOID THIS COMPANY THE DEPARTMENT OF LABOR HAS BEEN NOTIFIED

Brightstar has been a godsend for our family. After my mom's TBI she needed help and this is really not something a family should tackle alone! As she has progressively gotten better, she needs less help. They have always been super kind and patient with all her appointments and small things that we keep wanting to adjust. I personally would not have survived this with my sanity without Brightstar. I can't say how much I appreciate them. If there is any preference with staff they are accommodating. Thank you so much!

Shady people to work for, had 3 weeks of checks mailed to my address but they did not check with me first, because I do not recieve mail at my address, had the office ladies help find where they ended up because they did not arrive at parents address where, my mail usually rerouted too, the company said my checks have been deposited and won't give me any information on what bank or when, to find out who cashed them.

I was very pleased with the care provided by BrightStar, from the top down. I had a limited time to make arrangements for care for my Mom and having had a bad experience with other care facilities I was nervous to hire someone again. I was very pleasantly surprised by my experience with this company though, and will definitely use them in the future. Not only did they follow through with the care plan we agreed on, they showed extra compassion for my Mom that went beyond just her physical care.
