I've worked for BrightStar for over 5 years. I've worked in home care for 20 years, and BrightStar is by far the best agency I've ever worked for. When I had issues that were interfering with work, I talked to my supervisor and let them know what was going. They worked with me, and made sure I knew that they valued me as a team member.

I worked for Brightstar about 3 years ago as an aide, and I loved it! I always hoped to come back as an RN, and here I am working for the BEST company around. So awesome!

I had orientation today, I start tomorrow, I am excited to meet people. I was treated with kindness. Most of all I was happy to hear they care about their clients. They do a lot for them. I feel I can be with a client and do all I can to make them happy, healthy and help them be as independent as they are able to be. I will be patient with them, respect their way, assist them and listen to what ever they want to say. Because learning a client, is best taught by listening to your client!
