I highly recommend BrightStar to not only clients and families, but caregivers as well. I am a caregiver. I have worked for various other agencies as well as facilities and BrightStar has exceeded others with their professionalism and attention to detail. I am truly impressed with the level of care BrightStar has always shown while assisting my Mother. BightStar is constantly willing to go the extra mile and Mom has always felt as though she is being cared for by extended family and not just a professional agency. Just as 1 example of how they have excelled in providing for my Mom is when She suffered from an undiagnosed illness and had to be hospitalized for a short time. I work with brightstar care folsom/El dorado hills. This is the best agency I have worked with. Lori and Dave are great people with good communication. Customer service is 💯. I’m proud to work with a company like this with great people, and a company that really cares about their employees.

Being an employee at brightstar El Dorado/Folsom was the best decision I made. The communication is a top notch, great customer service, and treat their employees right and care about them. Dave and Lori are very awesome people
