The nursing staff have been excellent especially our current nurse Robyn and the original we started with Danette. All the nursing staff have been great I administering the infusion and make sure my son is comfortable with the process.
I have been extremely pleased with the service BrightStar gives me! Robyn, the nurse, arrives on time each week at my home for an infusion. Also, the Manager of the office is very responsive and always available! I highly recommend BrightStar for home care needs.
Brightstar had the difficult task of 7 days a week for 12 hours a day and the rose to the challenge. Extremely happy with there communication, professionalism and staffing. Highly recommend if someone is in need of a private caregiver.
I sent an email quite a bit ago and never received a call from the business. If they did call I do not know the number as they were on the caller ID' This service was suggested to me by a neighbor and if there is no call I will look elsewhere.
I have had a wonderful experience with BrightStar Care, having had monthly home injections over the past year administered by their wonderful RN, Danette. She is always very punctual and professional. Above that, she is a very sweet, personable person that I enjoyed spending time with despite the not-so-fun reason she was there. I, myself, have worked in the medical field for over 25 years and she is one of the very best nurses I have ever encountered. I highly recommend BrightStar for your home healthcare needs.
