Our family is VERY disappointed with Bright Star Care. My father is supposed to receive care 7 days a week. Having someone actually show up is a constant struggle. At least twice a week Bright Star is a complete no show. My father is an 86 year old amputee and my mother can not lift him out of bed. I'm BEGGING her to go to another company!!!
Kate is the best branch manager you could have. Friendly staff, excellent communication.
I've been an employee since the company opened in Charlottesville. I love the flexibility of scheduling, and the high standard of care that is given to all of the clients.
