What can I say about BrightStar Care of Carlsbad... they are a godsend! We had been caring for our folks since 2021 without any outside assistance. After my mom died, it fell on me to take care of my dad. I chose Brightstar in this effort for many reasons, and I have been very impressed with our experience: - I live 1,500 miles away and so was very worried about who would care for my dad. I cannot even begin to express my level of gratitude for Carlsbad Brightstar for helping provide care for my grandmother. She fell and broke both her legs unexpectedly and needed care with only a days notice. The two people organizing care were extremely sweet helpful and flexible with how and when we communicated which was SO helpful while I was stressed handling getting my grandmother set up in general.
