We've had an incredible experience with BrightStar! Their caretaker Kimberly has been working with my sister, who is blind, and she has been absolutely wonderful. Kimberly is not only professional and reliable, but genuinely caring and compassionate. We are getting the help we need, for My Husband,suffering from dementia, from Bright Star, through The VA.We really didn’t really know what to expect; but we are so pleased! They are very accommodating and make changes as needed for my schedule. 99% of the time Lizette is here 4 hours a day 4 days a week. We love her! She’s very attentive to Peter (the patient) and so,so helpful with any and every thing else that might be going on. Peter has grown quite fond of her! He asks for her on days she’s not here. We have had the best experience with Bright Star! From the first phone call I felt very comfortable with them.Most importantly they paired us with a fantastic caregiver. Victor clicked instantly with my husband who was less than thrilled to have someone. Victor comes in and makes sure my husbands needs are met, always asks him how he is doing/ feeling. Priscilla provided the most wonderful Caregiver service when I needed someone to help me with my surgery day. She was punctual and professional and such a pleasure to be around. I will request her again in the future. In addition, the staff at Brightstar Care were always patient and kind and went the extra mile to accommodate my situation.
