Treats there employees awful, they made my wife work over time every night and only paid her for 40 hours a week, when my wife asked they told her that she is not being a team player for not working for free. My wife spent many nights at work past 5 and was forced to leave her position by the HR and Payroll personnel. If you want to work for a company with integrity that will treat you like you matter than this place isn’t for you. Highly recommend you don’t work here.

I picked this service years ago for my step dad and they started out super, I was very impressed and extremely satisfied. They really perked Dale up. But now --- totally the opposite. I need full day care for my mom and was told they would start that today but nobody arrived and she's still alone. I never heard a thing until I called her. After discussion with the franchise owner, I understand the issues they deal with daily and that affected the service. The care takers are consistently quitting, so there is no consistency. My grandfather has a new person walk into his house almost everyday. They never read the book or go over instructions so they just sit there instead of doing what they're supposed to do. There have been times when someone was supposed to be there and no one showed up. Now, after we have tried to fix it many times, Brightstar is harassing me about my information even though they've creeped on my page and contacted my family members.
