We had an excellent experience with all aspects of BrightStar. Carolyn as our contact was always courteous, friendly and totally reliable. Roya was our Saturday nurse while I had to be away for 8 hours. My wife has Parkinson's but is fully competent but has trouble with movements and falling. Roya was a perfect companion and help to her when I was away. My wife always looked forward to Roya's arrival. Bright star has brought a new meaning to our everyday daily living arrangements. From the time I placed a call to Bright Star Sarah was very professional courteous and very helpful and knowledgeable and listen to what my concerns were. She came out introduced herself which made me feel very comfortable and within a matter of time she had made the appropriate arrangements for a nurse and Aid to come out to service us.
