We had an excellent experience with all aspects of BrightStar. Carolyn as our contact was always courteous, friendly and totally reliable. Roya was our Saturday nurse while I had to be away for 8 hours. My wife has Parkinson's but is fully competent but has trouble with movements and falling. Roya was a perfect companion and help to her when I was away. My wife always looked forward to Roya's arrival. Bright star has brought a new meaning to our everyday daily living arrangements. I couldn't recommend BrightStar more highly. We contacted them to assist with personal care services for my father as he was on home hospice and failing. They arrived promptly after a phone contact and did a thorough and compassionate evaluation. Their personal attendants write reports after each shift so family is kept informed. Sara, the nurse who visited with us and performed the evaluation was a godsend for us.
