Good experience with caregivers and patient
Hire new staff that schedules and communicate correctly. I recently needed care for my Mother in Law. We started calling a week ahead. No return phone calls. I called again to schedule another day. They gave us the best person in the world. Terri. The most important day we were trying to book a week in advance was a Saturday afternoon. Still no return call. My commend: NOT RELIABLE
Turnover by staff is absolutely terrible. My grandmother went through so many caregivers I lost track of how many she had. Worse than that though was the fact that items in the house started to go missing. She has never had anything stolen before and the only change was the bright star employees being in the house. Items that went missing: a $1300 neckless, $300 cash, phone chargers, williams sonoma kitchen towels that were a gift from me, her steak knives, and a few other household items.
