This company has proven to be completely thoughtless and unprofessional when it comes to their clients. They habitually drop clients while they are in the hospital without the professionalism of any notification. They more often than not cannot provide adequate coverage when a caregiver/LPN/RN calls out and often have issues with regular staffing. If you are looking for a reliable caregiver, LPN or RN this home health agency falls very short on every level.
Brightstar Care of Greater Scottsdale provides quality care to the seniors they serve. Their professionalism and hands-on approach to care make them great to work with. I highly recommend them!
