I am very happy and satisfied with Brightstar Care. Lorna is the best. I am hesitant at first to have a caregiver for my husband in my home, Lorna taught me how to have faith and trust. She is compassionate, friendly, hard worker and very helpful. She is doing exceptional job on taking care of my husband. I also want to add Katie Nicolai, Customer Care Coordinator. She is very organize, professional, compassionate and knowledgeable. Both of these ladies are exceptional and well deserve 5 stars. I have been blessed. Thank You
I was so happy and ready to work for this company but being new to Florida there were just a few things I didn’t understand. So when I mentioned it to the rude/nasty recruiter I had, she didn’t make it any better! She definitely was so distasteful. I was turned off so badly, I will not inquire about home health care again! If that is how they speak to the applicants, I can only imagine how they speak to the employees. Sherry needs a new position or maybe a class on ,“kindness”! Be blessed.
