RecommendedFrom the start BrightStar Care was responsive and caring. Gina Maki worked wonders to make a schedule happen for my mother with very little time to do so. This included skilled nursing care at odd hours of the day. I asked just about for the impossible and she made it possible! Jill Fischer and Karen Pinderski were also kind and caring. If you need assistance for a loved one please give them a call.
Our son is special needs and when he goes to school he has to have a nurse ride the bus and be with him throughout the day. Sue O'Malley from Brightstar has been our son's nurse for 9 years and is not only our son TJ's nurse but his advocate and she has a real connection with TJ. We are so grateful and fortunate to have Sue part of our "Team TJ" Brightstar is a great organization and I have always had nothing but positive experiences when dealing with them.
Julianne and Terri are both care takers for my mom and they are both AMAZING !! they keep the house immaculate Highly recommend Bright Star - they have been wonderful to work with and so very accommodating. Thank You
We had 24/7 home care from BrightStar Care for my dad 7 days per week for over a year. Care team was exceptional including Margot, Juliann, Nereyda, Terri, Ruth, Austin, Dee, and Mary Beth! They were kind and comforting, while keeping him safe. I also appreciated their nurse, Gina, who understood my dad’s needs and made sure the caregivers were compatible. They listen. Working for Brightstar has been one of the best decisions I have made. The office staff is always so helpful and caring and every caregiver I have met I can honestly say puts 110% into the people they are caring for. When you speak to the owners you can tell how much they care about every single person they provide care for as well as each and every employee they have. If I ever need care for my parents I would choose no other place but Brighstar Mchenry.
They are wonderful! Each person excelled in their own departments. The owner Karen carefully explained service options. Their director of nursing, Gina, listened carefully to our needs and matched us with Dave who is excellent in helping us. Thanks also to Chris for doing a great job with scheduling. I am thankful to have a company like this available.
