Great service
We received one of the most caring and professional service. We called many in home care providers but BrightStar Care in Duluth responded and came over immediately.
Looking for last minute urgent care for an elderly relative, Brightstar came through for us. They responded late in the evening, and had a rep come and visit early the next morning. The entire team we worked with were professional, friendly and compassionate. My aunt was thoroughly satisfied and felt like she was in good hands the entire time. Will use them again if needed.
The company's lack of communication is gonna hurt them in the long run..they rather lie and point the finger versus taking fault for their unprofessionalism. The aides are not paid as expected either and must wait til next pay period for their mess up. Dont waste your time on this company..plan on going to corporate about this place. This place gives brightstar as a whole a very bad name and bad taste in my mouth.
