Shaya Sanders Took care of my husband, who is a retired Veteran who has dementia. She did an amazing job! He doesn’t warm up to everybody, but he warmed up to her right away. When I called and asked him how everything was going, he said Shay is so nice I feel comfortable with her. Once I heard that I was truly able to enjoy my time away. Thank you, Shaya !
Sheila and Ron were wonderful with my Dad. I am so blessed that I connected with Miranda at BRIGHTSTAR and she enabled Sheila and Ron to help be a caregiver with my father. They were so patient and wonderful people to work with. They truly cared for my dad which was a huge help not only for the physical needs of my father and myself but also for our emotional needs. Early days for our use of leverage of in home health care from Brightstar, but felt compelled to share my initial positive experience. First, Miranda the intake coordinator/office contact is phenomenal. Patient, takes time to explain everything and gets detailed information and clearly outlines next steps. I wouldn’t call the services affordable, but they are fairly priced for what they are offering so it’s 100% worth it.
