They treat their employees horrible.
RecommendedLarry and Kim are amazing people and do their best to staff the right caregivers with the right patients. I worked for them and loved it. They’re very professional and treat not only their patients great but their staff as well.
Poor attention to detail! No corporate notification 3 times in 1 week when caregivers could not work their shifts. Bright Star never contacted me about a substitute any of these times. Luckily I was in town and could take care of Mother. They never called once during this time and were aware of the situations per the caregivers. I wanted to use a service for peace of mind and backup security. I do not recommend.
