I have been using BrightStar for my son’s private duty nursing for over a year and have found them to be professional, reasonable, responsive, and extremely pleasant to work with—I have not had a bad experience with anyone on the care team or administrative team and cannot recommend them more highly!
Brightstar began working with my family in 2021, when my father began declining; we continue to work with them as my mother ages-in-place. From the get-go we found the management staff warm and relatable. They work very, very hard to make sure all their clients are covered, in an industry where human normalcy means sometimes an aide has to call out sick, or has a sick kid. Bright Star came through for our Family on very short notice, matched us up with skilled, friendly, respectful, professional Care givers. One of my favorite’s was Aminata, who was with me on the morning my mom passed away. I will always remember her kindness. I would recommend Bright Star to my friends and family. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience in my Mom’s final days.
