Most excellent and professional. Trish went way above and beyond in getting me set up and worked with my schedule. Trish even went as far as wishing me a happy birthday while others forgot. Angela my nurse is TOTALLY AWESOME!!! She explained every thing she did. Took the time to be sure I understood what she was doing and why it was beneficial to my healing. BrightStar has exceeded expectations since contracting them in November 2025 to provide in-home, assisted-living health and home care services for my elderly father.
