Am new to requiring home assistance due to a car accident one year ago. Now require some shower assistance and transportation to various appointments. Brite Star has done a wonderful job in accommodating all my needs; namely by allowing me privacy when bathing and providing me with timely transport to doctors’ appointments, etc. They are happy doing moderate household chores and trash removal. Their staff who come into my home have been nothing but professional and respectful.
This service seems to be always lacking. Their care givers have shown up late, and our calls to the office have gone unanswered. They always send a different person, and it's hard to get established patient and caregiver care. I wouldn't recommend this service with all the issues we've encountered. The girls are eager to get you signed up, but they really haven't met our patients' needs. They say they'll work with you, but when there's a need they don't accommodate at all. We'll be looking to explore our options.

The care taker (Maranda) assigned to our 94 year old mother is courteous, punctual, engaging, kind, understanding, diligent, polite, and patient. Our mother suffers from dementia, and can be quite challenging to look after. Maranda does not seam to be affected by this obstacle. Maranda has a great attitude and a strong will. From the very beginning, I was impressed with their intake process—it was thorough, thoughtful, and gave me confidence that my mom would be in good hands.
