Alexis is one of the best home care nurses I've ever had. She is professional, following correct nursing care protocols and procedures as I know them to be (as a former RN). She is very polite/courteous, and very friendly, while still maintaining her professionalism. She is prompt on her visits, and when she is unable to be on time due to unforeseen circumstances, she communicates this clearly. We have 2 nurses who we rely on mostly and they are wonderful. Tatyana is punctual, personable and she takes very good care of my husband. Tatyana is kind, always upbeat and very thorough. She goes the extra mile in his care!
I have had the great luck to have Nurse Tatyanna for my at home wound care! She has been so wonderful!! She takes the time to really address my issues and questions. She explains everything! Very pleasant and personable. I would highly recommend her!!
