My care giver was very attentive, always arrived on time,I would use again.
We are very pleased with the respite services we received for our disabled child from Brightstar. The staff is professional, responsive, kind and supportive. Dee managed our case and is always very friendly and helpful. Nurse Kristen is wonderful and did the assessment. And Alona who provided the respite care is warm and caring and I could tell our child felt comfortable with her. Thank you Brightstar!

The customer service staff at BrightStar are excellent. Always cheerful and helpful with any schedule issues or billing questions. It’s nice to work with positive and responsive people on the frontline of a business, especially in stressful situations when caring for elderly parents. Special thanks to Meg in accounting who is super helpful with invoice questions and insurance company transactions.
