The 5 star I am giving is not for the company. BrightStar have problem with communication. The 5 stars I am giving is for PT Hannah. Hannah is caring and very compassionate. Hannah show interested in her job because she love what she does, not for the paycheck. She is professional, kind and mean well for her client. She goes above and beyond. Hannah is an amazing PT. She truly took the time to help my family member get better and back on their feet. She was extremely professional, prompt and so helpful. I would highly recommend seeing Hannah and having her help in your PT journey.
I have gotten great PT and support! I have made huge strides in my ambulation, ROM, and learning how to get around with my KAFO brace. Hannah always brings a great attitude, active listening, compassion, and encouragement to every session.
