I have had an excellent experience with BrightStar Care! I live on the East Coast and my mother is at Morningside of Fullerton. I needed some help and Peter, the owner of the office serving Fullerton and Placentia was responsive, kind and professional. Every client gets an in-depth nursing evaluation which is impressive. My mom really liked her caregiver and I felt such a sense of relief knowing Peter and his team were taking care of things. Thank you Peter and team!!

I’ve been working for Brightstar as a caregiver for about a year now, I have to say that Laura Garcia the director of nursing is the most thorough I have met in the industry. She really cares for both the clients and the employees serving them. If my grandparents were still around I would be happy to trust them in the care of Brightstar care of Fullerton Yorba Linda under the direction of Laura.
BrightStar transported me to/from a surgery appointment & the caregivers were wonderful - professional, on time, safe drivers, compassionate, and interacted with the medical staff when I was still groggy, so I'd have information needed
