Response time was immediately upon inquiry. I was contacted and had a personal consult for my needs (recently had cosmetic surgery) the whole team is very professional and has great bed side manners for someone experiencing a medical need. 10/10.
It was a very difficult time for me and my family as my mom was nearing the end of life. I wasn’t sure how I would handle it or how I would even have the time to take care of her. But this amazing company came along and supported me from start to finish and literally until her last breath. Brightstar was extremely helpful in aiding my recovery after a one month hospitalization. Not only did I receive much loving kindnesses and competent conscience care, they were able to meet physical therapy needs, occupational and intravenous therapy care and wound care needs. I felt like they treated me like family. I appreciate they were there.
Varsha knows her duty very well. Performance is excellent.
