This is my husband’s first time using the at home nursing service from being discharged from the hospital. Let me just say it has been a wonderful experience. Such professional nurses and very knowledgeable and very helpful. So thankful and blessed to have such a great staff looking over my husband wound. Thank you so much ladies Jackie/ Crystal/ Rawah
The service has been excellent. High quality, timely, informed. I put in a special request to have Susan be my ‘on point’ nurse. She gained my trust instantly based on her knowledge and style. She has been very patient with me explaining what is going on, what needs to happen, momentum etc. regarding my wound care. She texts me back when I have a question or give her a surgeon update. She’s quite caring. Very pleased, very appreciative.

Armelia has been a great help in my time of need. She has been very patient and understanding throughout my care. Her service has been excellent and I would refer her to friends and family.
I have valued my care from Irving BrightStar. It started off a little rocky, but when I expressed difficulties to the owner she took me seriously and made effort to improve my experience. Since then, I have felt valued and treated with dignity by my nurses. I particularly appreciate when businesses are able to receive criticism and seek to improve their service as a result, which is exactly what happened.
