My time and gas were wasted, and I was put as a no call no show for my in-person interview, however the recruiter I was supposed to have my interview with called me 33 minutes before and said that she would need to reschedule. I was told to come back that following Friday but when I called to confirm the time I was told that the recruiter I spoke with was not even in that day. I enjoying learning to day about Brightstar Care.Amber Alls was great at explaining everything and made my experience fun and family Oriented.I feel comfortable with what I need to perform.
My Orientation with BrightStar Care was good. Refreshing things I already know and learned somethings I didnt know. Friendly staff and warm atmosphere.
The instructor for orientation Amber did and amazing job, I would definitely recommend her.
We have been using their services now for about 6 months and couldn't be happier. They have a wide range of options available and are able to tailer a plan to your specific needs. Even if those needs change over time, they will work with you to make sure your loved one receives all the care they need.
