I have been a caregiver for BrightStar Care of Fairfax for over five years. I have never had a job where I feel valued more. I love working with my clients, and the support I get from the company is amazing. There is always someone on call if I need help, my concerns are responded to, and usually resolved very quickly. They provide ongoing training. And check in with me every couple months to make sure I don’t have any issues. I can truly say, I LOVE my job! Mary Catherine French
This is a wonderful place to work with. I’m happy to be part of this team. And I will keep working with them as longer as I can.
We had a very bad experience. Aides were always late. They did not have necessary experience. Often they did not show up as well. One slept all day. Another would run long errands during the shift. The agency had trouble replacing them. One made an extremely anti semantic rema rk. On occasion the agency staff was nonresponsive to our concerns.
Everybody that we dealt with was very nice and dedicated to making sure that I got the care that was needed. Would highly recommend them to anybody that might need homecare services!
