The care my son receives from Brightstar is great! All the nurses and caregivers are so caring and take special attention to all his needs. He’s Spina Bifida confined to a wheelchair so it takes special empathy and nurses medical trained. Director of Nursing continues to make sure his needs are taking care of and always has caregivers and nurses when needed. As a family we appreciate Director of Nursing and all nurses and caregivers.

BrightStar Care exceeded our expectations in every way! My Dad has complications from a stroke and my Mom has Parkinson's. Brightstar Care was their first experience having in-home care. Relationship Manager Christina Bales was patient and thorough answering all of our questions and setting up the initial home visit. Micah Haney, Director of Nursing, accompanied Christina and did an amazing job putting my parents at ease as she gathered information on their medical conditions. This is a company that is not truthful and tells lies. They take your money for things like TB test and CPR certification that you do not receive. A client told me that they raise their prices to be not affordable. They work the caregivers with little hours and pay them poorly. I do not recommend no one to work for them!!
