Early this year I contacted Todd Root from BrightStar in West Hartford Ct. He was very helpful prior to our hiring BightStar. Our experience with the help they provided for my mom was not acceptable in any way. They had numerous excuses why the aides weren't on time. My mom basically had to tell or show them what needed to be done and how to do it. They weren't in our employ very long. Be sure you have clearly laid out what is expected of their service.
